SHIPPING

Your Australia Post tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. This will be sent to the same email address as the order.

We suggest providing an address where someone is available between the business hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm (Monday to Friday).

We offer FREE express Shipping across Australia, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

Delivery for orders placed by 3pm Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via Australia post
on the same day.

If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched next business day.

We are currently offering FREE express Shipping across Australia.

Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and 2 of us is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds on any items, unless deemed faulty by the supplier. We can, however, offer an exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months from issue date) on full priced items that meet the following requirements:

- Full priced items only.

- No sale items.

- Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 10 days of delivery.

- Garments should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached.

- Any items returned that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have tags removed, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

- Earrings and swimwear are unable to be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

A redelivery fee of $10 will be issued for all exchanges.

If you would like to return your item/s please follow the steps below:

STEP 1:Email our Customer Service Team within 10 days of your delivery notifying us of your return. returns@2ofus.com.au

STEP 2:Our Customer Service Team will respond with a returns form that must be filled out and posted back with your order.
