Your Australia Post tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. This will be sent to the same email address as the order.

We suggest providing an address where someone is available between the business hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm (Monday to Friday).

We offer FREE express Shipping on orders over AUD $100 Australia wide

Shipping Time

Delivery for orders placed by 12pm Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped via Australia post on the same day.

If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched next business day.

Order placed during sale periods may be delayed by 24 hours.

Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and 2 of us is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.
